Fifth NTP Patent Rejected

BlackBerry Cool » Fifth NTP Patent Rejected This should be intresting to follow. It looks like NTP's claims have been deemed invalid at the US Patent Office. I am sure there will be appeals but this likely moved the burden of proof to NTP.
