Top Tech City: Minneapolis, MN - Popular Science Minneapolis here I come! This looks like a great place for relocation. I asurpriseded about the massive positive reaction my wife and I have received from friends and associates about our pending move to the Twin Cities. I recalled reading this article in PopSci a number of months ago, early in this process, when my wife and I started discussing the possibility of relocation. It's amazing how this has all unfolded.
