Was Douglas Adams right?

This is for all of the Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy fans. It seems that Douglas Adams Ultimate Answer of "42" may have be correct after all. Seed: Prime Numbers Get Hitched: "...Keating and Snaith not only explained why the answer to life, the universe and the third moment of the Riemann zeta function should be 42..."
